4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Prohibited Items

Bucky's Junk Removal does not remove hazardous materials including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, paint, batteries, fuel, or medical waste. We reserve the right to leave any item on site that we determine to be hazardous or unsafe to transport.

6. Liability

Bucky's Junk Removal takes great care when handling your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to items, structures, flooring, or access areas. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason including unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or items that fall outside the scope of our services.
